The owner of GAMES4ALL.EE (hereafter Online Shop) is OÜ ANDAN GROUP (registry code 14751276), located in Tallinn, Marati 3, 11712 Harju County.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
All payments shall be made in EURO
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Web Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated with the products. The delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is available in the Online Store directly at the item.
To place an order, you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the charge will then be displayed, which can be paid via bank link or other payment solution.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the bank account of the Online Shop.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.

The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days of the entry into force of the contract of sale.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take place up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, in which case the corresponding products and services must be listed and meet the conditions listed in § 53 lg-s 4].
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered merchandise may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the merchandise as permitted for testing at the physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.
To return the item, you must send us withdrawal in free format via email to email@example.com no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall refund to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal.
The online shop may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof that it has been returned, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for any expense exceeding the standard delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods is erroneously indicated below the market price.
The Webshop shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Purchaser, which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which occurs within a period of up to one month from the date of delivery to the Purchaser. It is the Web Store’s responsibility to rebut this assumption.

The web shop is not responsible for any defects that occur after delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the item purchased from the Web Store has defects for which the Web Store is responsible, repairs or replaces the defective item.If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store shall refund to the Purchaser all charges incurred in the contract of sale.
The online shop responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve any disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Web Store. The consideration of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
