The purpose for which personal data are processed
Personal information is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (date of purchase, commodity, quantity, customer details) is used for purchased goods and to provide an overview of services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer. Personal information such as email, phone number, customer name, is processed in order to resolve the goods and service issues (customer support). The web store user IP address or other network identifiers are processed by the web store as for the provision of information society services and statistics on web use.
Legal basis
Personal data are processed for the purpose of executing the contract with the client. Personal data are processed to fulfill a legal obligation (eg accounting and consumer dispute resolution).
Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted
Personal information is transferred to the online store customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems. The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the customer’s chosen transportation service provider. Security and data access

Access to personal information is available to employees of the web store who can access personal information in order to: resolve technical issues related to the use of the Web Store and provide customer support. Access and rectification of personal data

Withdrawal of consent
If personal data is processed with the consent of the client, the client has the right to consent withdraw by notifying customer support via email.
Preservation
Closing an online store client account will delete personal information unless there is such information need to be maintained for accounting or consumer dispute resolution. If a purchase is made without a client account in the online store, the purchase history is kept for three years. In the case of disputes concerning payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be retained until the claim until expiry or expiry. The personal data necessary for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
Deletion
You must contact customer support via email to delete your personal information. Request for deletion they shall reply no later than one month and specify the period for deleting the data.
